Originally from Sicily, Biagio is an owner chef who prepares every dish with passion, diligence and creativity. His love of food and desire for perfection ensures that he prepares, cooks and plates each meal in this 70 seater restaurant.
Biagio restaurant focuses on offering fresh, quality seafood, as well as a tempting array of premium meat and pasta dishes that enhance, rather than mask the glory of the local produce. Inspired by fl avour and simplicity, plate after plate of tantalising fare make their way from the kitchen into the restaurant.
